Both the salesman and I thought the car had in dash navigation, we discussed how important it is during the sale. Once all was signed, and I was on the way home, I realized it did NOT have nav built in. I went back before even going to the house, very upset. The salesman talked to the sales manager, and assured me they would take care of it. The agreement was that I would pay half, and they would pay half. In all fairness we both made a mistake. I agreed on a handshake. Silly me, I assumed in this day and age no one would be so shady as to not follow through. Boy was I wrong. It’s been a month now, the salesman no longer works there, and the new rep said basically they don’t want to spend that much to fix it (its $1300, half of which I was going to front). Bottom line, I fell for it, but someone at the dealer should have verified the cost of the fix before agreeing to it. I didn’t bat an eyelash at my end. So I have told them I won’t be back, removed the little ad sticker from the car, and now I will make it my mission to share my experience with all you fine folks on the net. Oh by the by they had me fill out a cars.com review positively before I left that first day. That’s kinda shady too, and I will remove or edit that if possible. "Service Dept are rockstars" I have never had such a great experience dealing with a Service Dept until I became a customer of thiers. Danny is the Service Dept has to be the most I have never had such a great experience dealing with a Service Dept until I became a customer of thiers. Danny is the Service Dept has to be the most honest guys I have ever met dealing with cars. I know I can trust Danny with anything that he tells me I need or whats wrong with the car. I will never take my car anywhere but to VW of Ocala! If you have an issue with your VW go see Danny and he will treat you right. I cant say that about alot of Service Depts I have dealt with in the past. Plus the entire Dealership is awesome and everybody treats you like they have known you for years. Plain and simple got an issue or just regular maintenance go see my boys at VWof Ocala and Danny. More

I feel like the group of employees in the Service Department take great pride in their job and therefore are extremely good at it.
