We moved from Ohio to the area in 2022 with our VW Atlas. Danny was my first service technician, and now the service manger. While service team is great, Danny really stands out. Out of the blue, Danny called us and asked that we bring to car back in because the software update didn’t look quite right. He provided me with some accommodations for the inconvenience. While not necessary he made me feel valued as a customer. This is why I choose to drive 45 minutes to this dealership than one closer to my home. You will not regret working with this outstanding service team. More

I paid over $1600 for a carbon buildup clean out. Picked my car up on a Monday. The very next day, I got an emergent flashing red light indicating there was no oil in the car. I scheduled my ‘24 Golf R for an unscheduled oil change {per my request}, and scheduling on line was quick and without issues. Upon arrival I was met by very friendly staff who directed me to the service d {per my request}, and scheduling on line was quick and without issues. Upon arrival I was met by very friendly staff who directed me to the service desk. Fez was my service writer and even though they were extremely busy, he handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently. The work was done by Steve {technician}, and all requested services were provided. The car was detailed when I picked it up. Top notch service from start to finish. More
