I went with transmission problems, still had warranty with 49.000 miles. they would not fix the problem. said they found no fault in the transmission, they suggested transmission oil change, which very e with 49.000 miles. they would not fix the problem. said they found no fault in the transmission, they suggested transmission oil change, which very expensive, I paid for that service, and the transmission did not fix, I came back again and they said no problem found . they donot to fix the car, the manager assure the warranty for transmission was until 36,000 when the car has warranty until 50,000, service deparment said mr. henriquez we want to do business, we want to find a failure to do business with you, that was the answer. when I had warranty. I had to get my car from there because they not called me to givme a solution or givme a date to pick up the car, today I drive the car and I can feel the transmission problem immediately. I dont know how to take this, if such discrimination or unprofessional service. but I do not want a volkswagen again in my life and do not recommend it, in especial I donot recommend this location. also, the fuse of the horn dont was in the car after I picked up the car the first time. (I use the horn every day with my kids int he time to go the school) More

I recently purchased a new 2013 VW Beetle TDI. I was driving a VW that was leased and paying too much. When I went to VW of Ocala, they made me feel as if I were the only purchaser in the facility. They listened to what I had to say and to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Once I selected my vehicle Mike worked very hard to get my loan approved. Once that was done I went to see Jack and signed all of the papers. Danny from Service came over and congratulated me on my new Beetle since he was aware of my love of Beetles. I have purchased a number of vehicles in my life and the experience at VW of Ocala has been the most pleasant of all. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. More

What a fantastic experience my wife and I had at BMW, VW & Porsche of Ocala. My wife and I had a great experience dealing with VW of Ocala. I had been to the VW dealerships in Orlando but the folks at VW of Ocala made us feel at home and at ease. This was not the case at the dealerships in Orlando that made you feel like you were at the sterotypical high pressure plastic robotic sales pitch nightmare that screams "Get me outta here!!!". And yes the old let me make a copy of your liscence but not give it back routine was used at an Orlando dealer. Being in sales myself I was ammused but not in a good way. I could give more examples of why I wanted nothing to do with one dealership but I will just say their new motto should be "whatever it takes.....to make you want to leave as soon as possible without a car" This is about Gloria Greer and Michael Garrett and their professionalism. Gloria was great from the get go. From listening to what what we were interested in to making sure our 7 yr old son had water and was not too hot. I was looking at the new Jetta TDI,but was not sold on the new exterior. We took it for a drive and it was a great car and I loved the interior. I asked if they had any used ones and she replied they just took in a trade but it wasnt cleaned up to their specs. I said I did not mind and she got the ok to show it. I'm glad she did because that was the one! My wife drove it and we were sold. Gloria let the product sell itself while being informative and selling without you feeling it is a "sales pitch". We got back from the drive and met Michael Garrett the sales Mgr. Michael picked up right from Gloria. He was professional,friendly and wanted to get a deal done of course but again we never felt like the old....here comes the high pressure sales MGR routine. We left with a deposit to hold the car. They are closed on Sunday but I had a few questions and reached out to Gloria thinking she would get back to me on Monday. She called back soon after on her day off. We spoke about my questions and she said she would get back to me. To my surprise she talk to Michael and got right back to me and we closed the deal. On their days off! Now that IS customer satisfaction! I highly recommend VW of Ocala. They make you feel at home, at ease through out the entire process. They follow up after the sale which is juat as important. They will be our first stop in future car shopping!!! Thanks Gloria and Michael!!! More

Ron was my salesman. Wow, what a wonderful experience. He was upfront and honest. No games. I purchased my vehicle with Ron. I had been given a great price from Orlando but on our way their we learned things weren't what they seemed. I am so thankful for the Ocala dealership. Ron introduced me to the receptionsit, the service department to the detail people. Everyone is so nice, honest and go out of there way to make sure I am happy.
