VW of South Charlotte was the best experience that I have ever had buying a car. I told them what I had to spend and what I wanted and they found the car for me. It was a painless and extremely professional process. A big thank you to Lee Costin and the rest of the at staff at VW of South Charlotte. Whwn I am ready for another car, I will come back to them. I gave them a 5 rating across the board, it was more than earned!!

My Review of Volkswagen of South Charlotte:
My wife and I had the idea to trade out our 2010 Jetta TDI Sportwagen that had a less than favorable loan interest rate to a new Jetta TDI or Passat TDI. We had seen the excellent financing options available from VW and went to VW of South Charlotte to see if we could make our desires a reality. We met Lee Costin and were immediately made to feel welcome. Lee listened to our ideas and was very patient and knowledgeable as we explored either the Passat or Jetta options. When we decided on the Jetta TDI sedan, Lee guided us through the process to check our qualifications and put us in touch with Ty Matthews. Ty checked our qualifications and gave us several great options to finance our new Jetta and to trade or sell our current car.

We opted to sell our car outside of the dealership and Lee and Ty handled all of our ideas and concerns with patience and knowledge.

We had previously dealt with the service department at this dealership and found it to be outstanding as well.

This dealership is top-notch from the facility to the staff.

We highly recommend VW of South Charlotte. Dan and Kim

We had a REALLY GREAT experience with Kent. I never felt any pressure at all and he was very knowledgeable with all the question we had. I have already recommended my neighbor and one other person to your dealership. My neighbor had already worked with someone else so she didn't get to work with Kent. I also recommended a friend named Karen to the dealership and she is thinking about getting a more gas friendly car. Thank you so much Kent, we are having a great experience with our new car!

We came to just look at a car with no intention of buying. The salesperson was extremely nice and apparently knew just the right things to say. He was very down to earth and honest with us. We had already researchered the Eos on the interet, so we knew the price being asked was a fair price. The trade in allowance on our car was more than expected. So, we did buy the car. The salesman made sure to schedule us with a service visit and showed us how to work everything on the car. They even called the next day to be sure we were satisfied.

It was a great experience with the sales rep and it was a nice "non-pressured" sales experience. The only point I didn't like was when the sales manager came out but i know thats part of the process. The line of "where do we need to be to get you into this car today?" is terrible but I know it needs to happen. Overall I plan to go back VW of South Charlotte for service and future purchases.

My Review of Volkswagen of South Charlotte:
I had intended to buy another Honda. I had seen the Tiguan and decided to give Volkswagen a look. The experience was excellent from the start with the smiling, helpful receptionist and all of the employees we came in contact with. Donna, my salesperson was awesome! I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to come see her because I know she will do everything she can to ensure a wonderful car experience. I'm glad the Lord sent me to VW. Buying a safe reliable car is so important and I needed the best car I could afford. Great job to all of you at VW on South Blvd. and again - THANKS Donna!

I recently had the pleasure of car shopping with my daughter. This was to be her first ever purchase and the salesman at VW South Charlotte, Ty Matthews , was amazing. This was by far the easiest auto purchase I ever took part in. I strongly recommend this dealer and in particular Ty He was upfront no nonsense. I greatly appreciated the effort put forth to make this purchase as simple as possible. I would do business there again especially with Ty. Thanks again.

My Review of Volkswagen of South Charlotte:
I went car shopping all day just to end up feeling annoyed and bombarded, that's when I decided to head over to Volkswagen of South Charlotte. I was just looking around the lot and Ty Matthews approached me with a sincere willingness to simply clear my mind and help as he could sense my frustration with typical car shopping. He found out my price point, my mileage point and what types of vehicles I liked. He brought me an amazing car, he was absolutely amazing and simple to deal with, genuine business. He fought for me to get this car and he made my Christmas! Only dealership I'll ever go to, so amazing and simple!!
