When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a gentleman that worked there by the name of Joe Hampton. He was very friendly and was available to show me what good deals they had on some of their gentleman that worked there by the name of Joe Hampton. They first offered a trade in price $3000 under KBB, when all their ads say 110%. We finally got that straightened out and bought a new VW. Part of the purchase was having LoJack installed. A one hour job turned into a two day waiting experience in their waiting room They still have not licensed or registered the vehicle and the temporary licence is expired. They charge a $150 fee to get the car licensed and registered. After 47 days of waiting all they they say is the license is in the mail - a bad take off of the check's in the mail. I don't know if any of the screw ups are intentional or just horrible negligence. All I know is that I have a new car I can not drive, they won't provide a loaner until this gets taken care of and they won't refund the $150 paperwork fee when they didn't do the paperwork. More
