Thank you so much, Larry from Vorderman VW! I recently had my 2014 Tiguan brought in for a turbo replacement, and Larry went above and beyond to help me. After the sale I own a 2010 Jetta Sportwagon TDI. Yes, our salesman was great but I feel that the service I’ve received the past eight years is what’s more important I own a 2010 Jetta Sportwagon TDI. Yes, our salesman was great but I feel that the service I’ve received the past eight years is what’s more important. Abbey, Jamie and Larry ALWAYS take fantastic care of me and their service team keeps my favorite car EVER in great shape. I can’t say enough about them. Abbey has gone above and beyond for me many times; she helped me through the diesel modification and has given great advice more than once. Awful! I have been going to Voderman VW for the past 8 years and have had the best experience over there until now. My car has a check engine light ON and wh I have been going to Voderman VW for the past 8 years and have had the best experience over there until now. My car has a check engine light ON and when i took the car for checking the negotiating and customer service experience i had was by far the worst i have experienced. Whoever is running the service department and the sales is literally unprofessional, accommodating, and unpleasant. I argued with my family to buy a car for Voderman last year and i will never do business with them. I have never posted a review on any service company but i had to do this this time. Very disappointed!!!! More

Customer service is the worst. The customer service is the worst thing I have ever witnessed. They took forever to fix my car. And the lady was not nice at all. She even hung up on The customer service is the worst thing I have ever witnessed. They took forever to fix my car. And the lady was not nice at all. She even hung up on me multiple times. The “warranty” is also no warranty at all. They will not cover anything nor work with you on anything. I couldn’t believe it. I called a total of 15 times in 2 days and they only answered 1 time. And never returned a single call. I will never ever be going here again. More

Yahoo to both Matts and Larry at Vorderman Volkswagen. Matt Middleton sold me my car...(love it). Went there today to get a problem fix and he sent me to service.. Guess another very nice Matt. Great dealership. Helped my son's girlfriend buy a used 2007 VW Rabbit from Voorderman in Fort Wayne. Budget was limited as she is a college student. The vehicle was ex Helped my son's girlfriend buy a used 2007 VW Rabbit from Voorderman in Fort Wayne. Budget was limited as she is a college student. The vehicle was experiencing a shifting issue that only showed up after it was warmed up. We brought it back a week or so later (she lives 150 miles out). Abby in service managed to get "warrenty work" done on this car !!!! Very few dealerships would go the extra yard for a used car under 7 K . Had bought a new car many years ago, and also have a car that is serviced regularly there. I would recommend looking these guys up if you are in the market for a new or used car. Go see Ron !! More
