I just brought a 2016 pilot,and the horn is defected and Waldorf Honda Sales Manager doesn't want to put a new horn on it !We talked about the horn during g the sell ,however just because it has a working d Waldorf Honda Sales Manager doesn't want to put a new horn on it !We talked about the horn during g the sell ,however just because it has a working defected horn that sounds like a Dodge pick up,means it is defected and Ki will not be going back to Waldorf Honda,I will miss Mr.Dixon ,who is a Awesome customer service representative, but Waldorf honda is not thinking about customer satisfaction, but money..Pohanka,Darcars,Alexander honda,but NO more Waldorf Honda,. We only had this truck for 30 days and had to bring it back to many times ! More

My air conditioner is still not working on an extremely hot day I returned the day before my actual appointment to show the manager John my air conditioning was blowing still blowing hot air my vehicle set hot day I returned the day before my actual appointment to show the manager John my air conditioning was blowing still blowing hot air my vehicle set in Waldorf Honda lot for a week the air conditioning was not fixed after the second attempt after my auto start was damaged during my initial air conditioning repairs at Honda Waldorf location. Conclusion I will not be returning back to that location ever again. My air conditioning is still. Not working after all of the inconvenience Waldorf stressful situation caused me and my clients because I am a caretaker for the elderly my clients complained and complained hot air blowing out in already 89 degrees weather so I changed the vents. For the hot air to blow on the floor as I brief Tony and John The manger hot weather air conditioner blows out hot now on cold days the air conditioning blows out cold air after my vehicle set at Waldorf Honda lot for a week now the air conditioner not blowing out cold air at all hot and cold days. The same day I picked up my vehicle air conditioner completely not working no cold air blowing out at all. I will NEVER RETURN BACK TO THAT SORRY LOCATION AGAIN. No one their know what they are doing or don’t care. Last time me or my husband will not be buying anymore vehicles from Honda period More
