The sales man Shultz Spent several hours with me. I test drove over a half dozen vehicles and every time I asked to drive another he just smiled, ran, and grabbed another set of keys. The finance man Mike was great. He spent along time going over the numbers to make sure I was happy in the end and I was. The business manger Darlene was also amazing she went over everything with me in detail and I got all of fords extended warranty, maintenance, and protection plans. Together the 3 of them were my dream team. This is my 4th new Ford vehicle I’ve bought in 7 years and by far the best experience I could have ever been given. More
Although it took a long time for parts because of supply chain the work was done completely and seems to be running fine(although I don’t want to put a hex on work). Needed emergency repair to my power steering and were able to get me in. I prefer to take my F-150 to Ford for service and have had an EXTREMELY tough time finding somewhere that wants me to be a repeat able to get me in. As per usual, my main service man, Ben Buchanan, did not disappoint. I pulled in for advice on my tires and he confirmed that I was due for a new set.
