Muffler was removed to access cooling lines… When muffler was reinstalled, no locking nuts, or put on the muffler to secure it. Eight days later, the muffler fell out when I was driving down the highway. Dam was reinstalled, no locking nuts, or put on the muffler to secure it. Eight days later, the muffler fell out when I was driving down the highway. Damage cost me $1200 at mitis to get a new muffler system installed. More

This is the second vehicle I purchased at Wayne Akers Ford. Larry was very good to lay out the deal, knowledgeable of the Explorer, and was not pushy even though it was the end of the month.
