They left their paper floor mat and plastic seat cover crumpled up on the passenger seat. Come on. Throw out your own trash. Also, I was charged $199 for a diagnostic test for my Check Engine Light. Ford Rep told me those tests aren't any good, but Ford's result was exactly the same as AutoZone. Definitely felt ripped off. More
My vehicle was brought in for service due to a recall letter. Besides checking the status of the recall problem, the Service Dept.
