My experience with Wayne Mazda has been great. After a thorough search and negative experiences with other dealerships, I decided to return to Wayne Mazda this past July as my 2 year lease was due. I was unsure of which vehicle I wanted to lease next and was assisted by Yuri Alvarez. Yuri was very friendly and professional. He took his time to show me the variety of vehicles and was able to provide me with a great deal on my car without a hassle. His customer service was excellent. The leases to our 2006 Mazda 6 and MPV were getting close to ending when my husband and I visited Wayne Mazda to LOOK at the next possible leases. I wasn't thrilled about the Mazda 6 because it was too low and was considering looking for different models. Having leased our current vehicles at Mazda of Lodi for the first time, I was somewhat uneasy about the whole leasing process and the costs which could be incurred by getting out of the leases too early. Yuri Alvarez, Sales & Lease Consultant-Wayne Mazda, spent a good amount of time explaining the different options available to us as well as the different offers he could extend. He laid my fears to rest with his knowledge and good humor. Yuri let me test drive the 2010 Mazda 6. It handled great! I was very pleased to not feel as if I were sitting in a tight ditch and see how much more room there was. After agreeing to final numbers it was time to pick a color. I was able to get the only Black Cherry color Mazda 6 on the lot (and there were a lot of cars!). Yuri gave us such a good deal we leased a Black CX-7 the same day! We've had the cars almost a month and I still LOVE my Mazda 6 with black cloth interior. I paid the same price for my 2009 CX-9 Touring as all the research sites on the web. My salesman, Mo, was friendly and knowledgeable about the entire Mazda line. I am familiar with the service department and have had no complaints with their pricing or practices. The key to purchasing ANY vehicle is to know EXACTLY what you want and how much you should be paying. DO YOUR HOMEWORK PEOPLE! You can not complain about a bad deal you signed off on because you agreed to the deal. If you know what you're talking about, there won't be any problems like the ones listed. More

I made a deal after much haggling with my salesman Jerry. He finally stated that he could do the deal for the price agreed and began writing up the contract. When he gave it to me to sign I see $300.00 for window etching and it clearly states OPTIONAL! I said please take that out as I do not want window etching, which is a rip off similar to undercoating. For those who think window etching is important please read this (http://www.ohiolemonlaw.com/window-etching.html. He stated that he could not take it out! I said are you serious I thought we made a deal, either take it out or I walk out. He said "WALK OUT". I stated I wanted to see the manager. Now, this is the best, the manager whose name is Keith, has the xxxxx to say that they reserve the right to exercise making window etching mandatory whenever they are not making enough money on a deal! Are you kidding me, the Better Business Bureau should check into this place. Don't ever ever buy a car there. I didn't!!! This place is another perfect example of why the Auto industry has gone in the crapper, it needs to be shut down! More

I'm not sure if I would recommend this dealer since I have not found the car that I want. The website of this dealership claims that they have 4 cars that I am interested in. But before I got there I was communicating with the Internet Sales person by email. They were trying to get me to negotiate a price for what I want. I should've asked him, where is this car exactly instead of wasting my time (driving an hr) to this dealership and finding that it is not there at all. It's almost like being on Ebay, you don't know if you should trust this person online that you haven't met. For those working on the online inventory, update your s___! Don't waste people's times and get their hopes up when you don't have it! More

I went to this dealer, because it was local. The salesman did his job, and then as the routine goes he went off to see if he could get the deal done with the manager. The salesman returned with the mananger did his job, and then as the routine goes he went off to see if he could get the deal done with the manager. The salesman returned with the mananger, who said he could make the offer we made happen, and shook on it. Foolishly I took this man at his word and returned with my wife so she could test drive the car and complete the transaction. When it was time to signe the papers, all of a sudden the handshake and number we had agreed upon went out of the window, by about 1,200 When I asked the manager about his word that the he could do that number agreed on the work sheet. His pathetic reply was I don't put myself out there. Well, to say the least negotiating was over, and we left. No sooner I got home, the salesman called me, and said that he had talked with his general manager, and that if I returned he would work the deal out for me. I returned, and signed all the purchase papers on the original agreed price. Again he went to see that manager, and to my amazement he came back and said he could not make the deal, and that I would have to come up with the additional $1000. They actually made me come in and waste my time a second under the false pretences that they were going to make our offer happen. Then they pulled the old bate and switch in the numbers. I visted two other Mazda dealers and in describing my experience without mentioning the dealer in question. Both dealers said it had to be Mazda 23, it fits their M.O (method of operation) Some friendly advice,if your in the market for a Mazda, and you want to have a comfortable,professional honest experience Mazda 23 is not the place for this. But if your in the market to waste your time, and have these people insult your intellegence, with their silly games. Well, then this is the dealership for you. Mazda 23's dishonest sales practices are so routine and common place, that all neighboring Mazda dealers were able to name them just by the description of my experience. STAY AWAY! But if you want to be treated with some integrity and respect.. give Ramsey Mazda a shot first. Then if your not ready to buy yet then go see Mazda 23, and compare. I assure you, you will return to Ramsey Mazda for your purchase. More
