After a not so great experience at another VW service center, I decided to go to VW Wellesley and had an infinitely better experience. Karl and the entire service team helped me get back on the road fast when my gas flap wouldn't open. Karl also helped me get caught up on all my car's pandemic-delayed servicing so the Beetle is fully roa the road fast when my gas flap wouldn't open.
