I drive a lot and do my service once a month for years so I spend thousands of dollars every year and this goes for years. However today I went to do an oil change only and after 20 minutes the gave me my car back. When I started the car ...it did not...only after the 3rd try it started and the engine light was on......I went to my advisor and she send me to the Service manager (his name is Eddie Barron what I was told)....when he saw what it is he said ...you have a problem that is not us as we did only the oil change.....I said that the car was perfect before the oil change and now is not drivable...he said to me that is your problem and refuse to check the car.....I argue with him that he must fix it or let me know what is the problem.....then he said if I pay $199 he will check it...I refused to pay and the car was perfect before the oil change ....as I argue he told me to leave the dealership or he will call the police.....I said to call the police......When the police arrived they told me very nicely that if he ask me to leave...I have to leave. I left after I managed to play with the engine.a little so he works. I was belittled for taking advantage of and embarrassed before all the employees and customers. I was doing a change of tires, in the process they took about 1 hour, they told me that the alignment was missing and that it was not included in the cost, wait 2 more hours for a total of 3 hours and I ha about 1 hour, they told me that the alignment was missing and that it was not included in the cost, wait 2 more hours for a total of 3 hours and I had to go without the alignment, I came back later to do the alignment, wait 1 more hour, but they charged me all the fees of the dealership again.
