I came to this dealer with high expectations from the beginning. A co-worker had bought a car from them a month back and referred me here. Being a person with a low credit score and wanting a new/used car its hard to find a dealer not trying to sale you a junk car just to get you out of their face. I was greeted from the moment I walked in the door and was introduced to Gerard Mondestin. I was with Gerard for 4-5 hrs and he was pleasant the whole time. He didn't just cut me off either after the deal was closed, he continued to stay in contact as my car had to have something fixed. In addition to my overall good experience with the car dealer and their buying process having Gerard as my sales person made the process so much easier. I went in looking for a good used car on a budget and was able to find what I needed. I started by looking through the cars listed on the website which made it easy to narrow down my choices. I was contacted by Brent who set up a convenient time for me to come in and wound up leaving with a great 2009 Sonata. Brent and all the staff at Westside Hyundai have been great. There was not any of the hassles and headaches of some dealers and the sales person games where they have to go ask the manager for any question you have before can give you an answer. The next time I need a car I will be back and I recommend them to anyone.

Westside Hyundai is by far the best Hyundai dealership in Jacksonville! I visited all of the dealerships in this area, and found Steve and the Westside Hyundai people to be friendly, sincere, and low-pressure. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions - and since this was my first car purchase on my own, I had a lot of questions! As a young woman buying a car on my own, I often felt patronized and pressured at other dealerships, but not at Westside. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Upon arriving at the dealership I realized that they were going to go above and beyond to get me the car of my dreams. It took two weeks but they located the car that I wanted which by the way there are only 4 in the United States. They had it brought down so that there wouldn't be added miles from Chatanooga Tennesse. Thank you to that dealership for allowing them to have the car. They were amazing with their customer service, timeframs and Price. Going through their finance department was a breeze as well. They handled it professionally and made me feel like family. If you are looking for a place to buy a car and want it to be safe, honest and reliable this is the dealership for You.

The gentlemen that are listed above truly made this experience pleasant for me. I was very discouraged and hesitant when I first arrived due to the previous experience I encountered with another dealership. This wasn't the first car that I've bought so I knew what I wanted and with a little help from Adam,Kevin,Jesse and Styxx they helped me achieve that goal. Each of them did their job very well and were EXTREMELY patient with me because I had began to change my mind. I can honstly say that I think you've bought yourself a lifetime customer and I would truly recommend this dealership to anyone. I can't thank them enough but I can say that the staff explemfied what true customer service is.
