We bought a Corolla here last year and decided to upgrade to a Corolla LE--we were treated very well by both salesman, Carlos Pena and credit person, Roger Hagan - last year we didn't feel very good after de to a Corolla LE--we were treated very well by both salesman, Carlos Pena and credit person, Roger Hagan - last year we didn't feel very good after dealing with the female credit person and were actually glad not to have to tangle with her again. Both Carolos and Roger are friendly, but very professional and they know their products well. We are pleased again to have financing through Toyota Financial as we did with our first Toyota bought at same dealership 7 years ago. At that time were went to see about Saturns and the salesman there, Anthony Hitchens, said perhaps we'd be more interested seeing a Toyota since the Saturn didn't suit our needs. He too was a professional and didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't want or need. Being older and retired we appreciate the courtesy shown us and the careful explanation of things. More

I have given such high ratings as they are deserved. I have had occasion to have my daughter and ex wifes vehicles as well as my own require collision services in 09. Rotten luck. I went to Sunnyside to buy the Corolla that i had leased for 3 years. Ryan was polite and patient with me and after test driving several models and explaining the advantages to leasing a 2010, I was given for 3 years. I have dealt with sunnyside for over 20 years. I have purchased 7 different cars from them and have found them to be helpful in all aspects of a dealership. I just got back from this Toyota dealer and it was one of the best shopping experiences I have had. The associates were really helpful and found the perfect car for me. HORRIBLE!!! Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership so far. Salesmen was impolite and unhelpful. I went looking for a Rav4, and came prepared with its invoice price and TMV, which were aro dealership so far. Salesmen was impolite and unhelpful. I went looking for a Rav4, and came prepared with its invoice price and TMV, which were around 21 grand. As soon as I tried to negotiate with the sticker price of 24 grand, the dealer balked and said that it couldn't be lowered than that, and to try other dealerships instead. Then proceeded to brush us off in a rude and hostile manner. More
