Consistently poor service They can be friendly as long as you accept every misstep. If you complain enough, the manager might return your call and knock the price down. (He is never around if you call.) Have owned a Subaru and Toyota and only brought it cars in for oil changes, regular checkups and inspections...(about twice a year)....with these guys I end up needing to go once every two months. These guys are the worst!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. More

Experience at White Plains Nissan I was very nervous when purchasing the car because this was the first time that I buy the car with out seeing it in front of me. The sales associate Tyson Brown had assisted me and was training Mr. Anthony Nunez. I must say Mr. Brown had me a bit confused. After purchasing my 2016 Nissan Maxima a lot of the features I thought I was getting was not on my vehicle. I was a bit upset at first rethinking my purchase but after speaking with Mr. Nunez he was able to address ALL of my concerns and clearly explained the purchase and made sure that I was content. I must say for a trainee he has gone above and beyond my expectations. I didn't care much for Mr. Brown but Thanks to Mr. Nunez and the rest of the W.P. I give Mr. Davis 5 stars. However, I cannot say the same for the finance management team, the person who was supposed to close my deal decided to leave and I was left waiting for over 3 hours just to sign my lease when I was rushed to get there. The only reason why I proceeded to close the deal was because I already had my heart set on driving out in my new car that night and because of Mr. Davis hard work. Otherwise I would have left. More
