Wilde East Towne Honda

I have been a loyal Honda customer. In the past 15 years, we have owned 2 Honda vans and an Accord. We had always worked with Zimbrick, but it is nice to see there is some competition in town now. When my 98 Accord broke down, we decided to try the new Wilde dealership. We were looking for a used car in good condition with low miles. Wilde had a good selection and the prices were lower. We were fortunate to meet Charlie. He was great. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and assist us in anyway he could. We were able to negotiate the price some with the managers, Peter and Shawn, and get a great price for a great car. Peter in finance, was very patient with me and dealing with multiple phone calls to my wife who could not be there in person at the time. They were able to get us a better interest rate than our credit union. Charlie stayed late that night to help complete the deal. The next day, he even came and picked me up from work to take me over to pick up the new car. This saved my wife from having to come into town from Mt Horeb on the far west side of Madison to give me a ride. That is great customer service. Thanks Charlie. I just leased my very first vehicle (a 2013 Honda CRV) from Brent Alexander! I'm in LOVE with my new car! I went to Wilde East Towne Honda "just to look around" and to see what my options were. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Brent Alexander. Brent is friendly and I loved his laid-back approach. He was knowledgeable about leasing vs. buying and the different features of each Honda that I was interested in. The vehicle I ended up leasing (a white diamond pearl-colored CRV with a DVD player) was in another lot, buried in 12 inches of snow after the recent blizzard. Brent helped dig the car out so I could test-drive it. What service!! I highly recommend Brent Alexander and Wilde East Towne Honda for their commitment to their customers! Brent also called me afterwards, to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I was happy with my purchase. Also, Sherry Atzen worked with me on the financing. My experience purchasing a new Honda Fit was both good and not so good. I enjoyed working with the sales person Todd Neilson. We moved quickly to a good fair price the the Fit. The "not so good" side of my experience was when I was completing the sale and paperwork with other personnel. I had to wait quite a while before someone was available to draw up the paperwork. I understand that they were busy but there seemed to be personnel available to give me a hard sale on extended warranties, coverage and paint protection. I was happy to review what Honda had to offer and to consider it after some research from home. However, I began to feel like I wouldn't be able to leave until I agreed to purchasing the extras. The person talking with me began to treat me as if I were a fool not to jump on the great offers. I been very happy with my Fit and follow up by Todd. More

Landon Frenz asked us to stop by Wilde and see the new dealership and see what they had to offer. When we got to Wilde, Lynn quickly came out on the lot (it was 10 degrees outside!) and spent a lot of ti dealership and see what they had to offer.
