I apologize to the readers that this is a very long review, but I encourage you to read it thoroughly, as this is not the first time, I have had terrible service at this location. We had our car towed review, but I encourage you to read it thoroughly, as this is not the first time, I have had terrible service at this location. We had our car towed to this facility on a Sunday night because it was the only place close to our house that had a service department. I reached out first thing Monday morning and told the service department that I was pretty certain it was an alternator and possibly the battery. They ended up confirming my thoughts but also stated it needed a water pump and a drive belt. They charged a $190 diagnostic fee, which was slightly higher than I expected, but the total cost for the recommended services was almost double the price at another service provider. On one of the repairs needed, they charged double for labor, as one repair resulted in the part needing to be removed for the other repair. As a result, we sought repair elsewhere. I informed the service advisor, Daniel Szupica, that a tow truck would be there that day. I asked if I could (needed to pay) over the phone, or we could come in after work (around 4) to pay. Daniel said it was no rush and we could take care of it when we came in. An hour later, I received a phone call from the tow truck service indicating that Toyota would not release my car to them, as payment had not been received. Keep in mind, I made it perfectly clear to Daniel that the tow truck was on the way. I called Daniel again and asked why I was not told that they would not release the car without payment and he tried to blame me for saying that we would come in and pay for it in person. I completely understand the policy and a service advisor should have made us aware of it. I then asked if I could pay for it over the phone and he said they would not take a phone payment, but he would have financial services send me a link via email to pay online. One would think that a multimillion-dollar company, and with modern technology, they would be able to take an over the phone payment. This whole email payment process took an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, a tow truck driver was sitting there, waste of his time and additional money for us. The tow truck driver also reported that the service personnel were rude to him and told him that the vehicle was "back there somewhere" and just pointed him in that direction. We, and other family members, have bought vehicles from this dealership over the years, and even after I had a terrible service experience over 15 years ago with this service department on a recall repair, I thought I would give the service department another shot. We, and anyone we know, will never use this dealership again for anything. More

I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, but my experience with salesperson Terry Dies was the worst experience compared to the other dealerships we visited. Terry was decent up to the moment he learned we were looking for a used car for around $10,000. Then, his tone shifted. He was extremely rude, arrogant, unhelpful, and condescending. Among many disparaging comments, he even said he wouldn't call us back. That is not customer service! Seems like he's just after the big bucks. While he did take us to see one car in the lot, he was unhelpful and rude in answering our questions and describing the features. The comments Terry made were unacceptable. All customers should feel appreciated and respected. Because of Terry Dies, Wilde Toyota lost our business. After leaving, I went down the street to Russ Darrow Mazda and had a much better experience. More
I had the pleasure the work with Guisseppe and he had poor customer service. He even swore at me and told me to quit wasting his xxxxen time. All because I said, as my sales rep, you can do better than t poor customer service. He even swore at me and told me to quit wasting his xxxxen time. Bill J was an amazing salesperson from the time I first stepped on the lot all the way to our final handshake. Bill goes the extra mile for his customers - I highly recommend seeking him out! Jeff K in the finance department was also very friendly and good to work with. He was thorough and receptive to any questions as we worked to finish the deal. Overall, my experience with Wilde Toyota was great and I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

Our family loves Toyotas, and Wilde is the best place to go. They have a fantastic inventory and are incredibly knowledgeable about their cars. I purchased a Rav4 last week, and worked with Terry Schwieso, Mathew Fett, and Charles Clark; I could not be happier with the trio! I am upgrading from a 2007 Corolla, and the Rav4 I purchased has a plethora of features and technology I am unfamiliar with. Matt possesses a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cars, and was able to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. He ensured I left the lot knowing how to properly use the car. He was friendly and kept me updated as I waited for the car to arrive at Wilde. In the finance department, I worked with Charles Clark. He streamlined the process flawlessly, and explained the different warranties and add-ons available; I never felt pressured. More
The service department pads times, and is inept. The general manager is rude and condescending, the service writers don’t know anything about cars. Avoid this dealership at all costs! they sold me a car that had a completely sludged engine that needed to be replaced and even though I brought it back 4 days after taking delivery because of oil and smoke pooling out of the tailpipe, they took over 4 months and every other day visits to to dealership to prove I wasn’t just going to go away, to finally honor the warranty and replace the engine. Then it took over two weeks to swap an engine. More
