Great buying experience! The only complaint was, there could of been more time spent on pre-delivery. The table needed repair, you did send the part after delivery. On our first camping experience, found that the thermistor malfunction and froze ever thing in the fridge, we had that repaired. We had a very long list of needs when we arrived: a bunk house, leather furniture (we have a golden retriever who sheds.......A LOT), a separate bedroom for my husband and I, an outdoor kitchen, a separate door from the bathroom to outside, and a place to put our large dog crate. Jarrod, our sales representative, listened to our needs and showed us several different campers that had everything on our checklist....and more :). Once we we chose the camper we wanted (Coachmen, Liberty Express, Freedom Edition, 310BHDS), Shannon worked her magic! We were set on a price range, and Shannon made sure that we got exactly what we wanted for the price we needed it to be! The day we came to pick up the camper, Zack spent 2 hours with us going through EVERY nook and cranny, explaining how everything works and even providing us tips for winterizing too :). Right before we left, Dianna gave us this beautiful scrapbook with helpful tips and recipes to send us on our way! From start to finish, this was by far our best experience purchasing anything! We are so grateful that we went to Wilkins. Thank you everyone....Keep up the great work! More
