We bought our first Lexus, our 9th new car, in September, 2003. We had the best car buying experience in our 37 years of purchasing a new model with the color and options we wanted. Our Sales Consultant gave us the price he quoted and was able to provide us with exactly what we were looking for (2004 ES330) and made no attempt to sell us anything we didn’t want. We were impressed with the professionalism of their service department in 2007 when we had all the belts replaced at 100,000 miles. We live over 400 miles from this dealership, but the trip is worthwhile for major service or when buying a new vehicle. We had tried another, much closer dealership two months ago—BIG MISTAKE. After a very bad experience, we called Marty and got the white 2012 LS460L AWD we were looking for in one day at a better price.
