I came in for an oil change to the quick express, but it was a few hour wait. I made an appointment with Corey to come back a week later. I called that morning to see if they had an earlier appointment, h was a few hour wait. I made an appointment with Corey to come back a week later. I called that morning to see if they had an earlier appointment, however, they did not have any record of my previously scheduled appointment. I was able to still get in and only had to wait about 45 min (after being advised it would take 1.5 hours). Corey was very nice and accommodating. It was just frustrating they had no record of my appt after making one with him. More
