This establishment will accept your payment without hesitation. Two weeks ago, I purchased a truck from them, and within a week of using it for work, my check engine light illuminated, and I received an engine and reduced power notification. Despite purchasing a diesel vehicle, their emissions system is currently malfunctioning. I contacted the warranty company they recommended, but their response was unsatisfactory. They had a 1.6 rating on the Better Business Bureau. When I attempted to address the issue of my truck’s unusability after investing tens of thousands of dollars with them, they informed me that they would modify my warranty and then disconnected the call. A few days later, I received a call from a mechanic shop that collaborates with them. They agreed to fix the problem, but I would be responsible for the repair costs. They made no offer to rectify their shortcomings or provide any assistance. Their behavior was utterly indifferent and irresponsible, and I will never purchase a truck from them again. I strongly advise others to avoid buying from this establishment.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and patience of Tom Morgan who work to help us understand all the wonderful things about our new car. He even came to our home to help us to program the garage door opener. We have enjoyed our new car.

Bought a BMW in December. Contacted Lance and told him check engine light was on day 3- now laying $500 in repairs with no help from the dealership. I was instructed with a. YouTube video to reset the check engine light. I had to be towed home twice last week and was never informed of the dealership having a service department until their rude manager contacted me after I had the vehicle 30 days and there was nothing they can do. I was told I should’ve done my homework and they were BMW certified. I was told incorrectly about how or where I could charge the car and now my reviews and post on their Facebook has been deleted bc they want to deceive people. Currently I have no vehicle because it has been at BMW yet As well as being inconvenienced by not being able to go to work without transportation. Poor customer service and lack of communication/empathy for their customers. Ali also talks down to people and just wants to argue. His way- no way. People will find out how you treat people.

Peter the owner of High line Imports claimed to perform a state "safety-inspection" on the car my wife and I purchased from them --- and they put a state safety sticker on it --- but the car they sold us had a hole in the exhaust requiring $400 in exhaust repairs. It broke down after an hour because "it looked like no one ever changed the oil" according to our mechanic. The junk in the oil pan caused a camshaft sensor to be filled with sludge and the Oxygen sensor was burned out, costing another $600. This dealer is simply a licensed curb seller, flipping dirt cheap used cars at high profit without doing a single thing to see that they are mechanically safe and in decent shape.

I was looking for a 2024 white 4Runner. I found one at Tuscaloosa Toyota. I filled out form and immediately was contacted by David DeSantis, General Manager. He put me in contact with Michael Baltins. I was working with Michael from out of state. He was prompt in answering any questions or concerns I had. After purchasing the vehicle Michael and David both reached out to me to let me know they appreciated my business and if I had any questions. That is something that I have never had happen in purchasing a vehicle. Michael Baltins and the staff were very courteous and professional in dealing with. Michael was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took time in familiarizing me with the features. Thank you Michael and Tuscaloosa Toyota for a great experience.

If I could give them 0 stars I would... everything was good with customer service up UNTIL they basically gave the car away that me, the sales rep MOOSE and JACK the sales manager discussed. I called to express my frustrations and concerns with the general manager who I admit on the phone seemed concerned at that time but at the end of the day its clearly all about a sale. Both Jake and Jack stated that they would do their best to make things right. And as I still wait and have not heard from anyone as promised... Needless to say I wouldn't do business with them even if they were giving the car away for free.

My appt was scheduled for 7:30 am. After arriving, was told service techs don’t arrive until 8-8:30 am. I am 9 months pregnant and had to sit an additional hour waiting for them to start service in my vehicle. Appts should not be scheduled when techs are not at work yet.

They have wronged lots of customers with Titles and then went out of business. Anyone out there can help I would gladly appreciate. I paid for car with check and clear title trade in and they never gave me a title now state wants 50,000 bond from ME to obtain a title for 11,500 car I bought. So wrong. Filed with Better Business Bureau but they just said they out of Business. No telling how many cars were sold without giving hard working people their Titles. Very sad very dishonest and state of Alabama is not helping my cost would be over 1,000 for 50,000 bond.

Be very cautious buying a vehicle from this location, I bought a 2008 bmw 535i from them and 2 days later the engine started knocking, and the engine is completely ruined. They were not concerned that I paid cash $6000 and the car is ruined. They just said sorry about it. Hope it gets better. Be VERY CAUTIOUS DOING BUSINESS HERE.

I recently purchased a vehicle from cottage hill motors in mobile Alabama. I live in Arizona, when I tried to license the car in AZ they said I needed to complete the Arizona affidavit of repossession. The dealer gave me a Alabama repo affidavit but it needs to be duplicated on the AZ form which I sent to the dealer to be notarized and mailed to me. I purchased the car on April 11th and emailed them of the problem on the 16th when I attempted to license the vehicle here at that time I also sent them the needed Arizona form to complete. On the 27th of April after numerous calls and emails I was told the document would be completed and mailed that day. As of today I still have not received the document and am now in violation of Arizona licensing statutes which require title transfer in 15 days. I do not know what to do. The most terrible dealer experience I have ever had.
