I have never had what I can call an exceptional experience before, but this was absolutely exceptional. They go out of their way to look out for you. I’m not used to that at all. They were wonderful. I actually live in Hoover, but went to the Nissan Serra, Nissan and Centerpoint Because of the outstanding treatment and wonderful service. My appt was scheduled for 7:30 am. After arriving, was told service techs don’t arrive until 8-8:30 am. I am 9 months pregnant and had to sit an additional hour waiting for them to start service in my vehicle. Appts should not be scheduled when techs are not at work yet.

Jamey Vickers was the absolute BEST salesperson! I was a bit of a pain to work with because I am also a bit of a control freak. But he always stayed with me and listened when I told him what I wanted. He really worked hard to find me what I wanted and was patient with me while I made a decision. He also made sure to come in on his off day for the vehicle delivery (I was able to get all paperwork done offsite, which was a plus). I wouldn't want to work with ANYONE else! Thanks, Jamey! :)
