I dread buying cars. I have no patience for games and I have left dealerships and cars I was interested in because of the games. Leaving customers sitting while going in the back for 30 or 40 minutes. Excuses. Etc. I hate it all. So imagine my surprise when I was treated to a straightforward shopping experience at Earnhardt Queen Creek! I worked with JB and Jamie and also had Ryan (the sales manager) working with me on the purchase of a new 2023 Charger. The finance guy was lovely too! I got a great rate and a great price on the extended warranty.  There were a few hiccups, but throughout I felt treated fairly, my time was respected, I was kept informed, and I walked out feeling like I had gotten not only a beautiful new car, but also friendships. I can't wait to go show them the car after I wrap it and xxxx it out inside. It was a great experience. This is not something you get everywhere. I walked away from a Peoria dealership for game playing before coming to the QC dealership. So glad I did. Car buying should be a straightforward customer-focused event, and I couldn't be happier with the dealership.

I did my research and knew what I wanted and reached out to the internet team at Airpark as they had a large inventory and what I wanted. Drew Beversluis contacted me within 8 hrs and from that point on, my buying experience was smooth, no pressure and enjoyable.. I set up test drives with Drew online and when I showed up to the dealership, Drew had all the trucks I wanted to test drive lined up and ready to go. During the test drive phase Drew was very knowledgeable and gave me NO PRESSURE to buy. I explained my requirements and Drew met every one of them.. I decided to purchase from Airpark because of Drew and the no nonsense, no pressure sales tactics I experienced. Even during the final paperwork with fast Eddie Duarte, there was no pressure to upsell anything. If your in the market- go see Drew at Airpark for a great experience!

Within a month I had my 2500 Truck in for the same engine light problem, they could not find the problem. I took it to Chapman Motors in Payson and they fixed the gas line problem. The fuel line needed to be cleaned out.

Untruthful - Disappointed

This is a follow up to a previous review. Prior to signing the final paperwork, I asked about an extended warranty, due to being a used high-end vehicle and it has numerous electronic devises.that are expensive to replace. I discuss warranty options with the finance manager and he told me everything was covered, even “the door lock buttons". He even went onto say it is a 'bumper to bumper and everything in the middle" and it was the best he had seen in all his years of car sales. Based on his opinion, I decided to purchase the "bumper to bumper" warranty for an added $3,500. Well his statements were not even close to the truth. Prior to purchasing the car the front AC was not working, they said they would take care of it. As it turned out the actuators are NOT covered, and the cost was over $500. Now year later, I took it in due to a rough ride and it was determined that the motor and transmission mounts are cracked and needed replacement. You guess it, there are not covered either and the cost is over $1,100. I contacted the dealer and their reply was there was nothing they can or will do. So again stay away from this dealership at all cost. All they want is your money.

We were traveling cross country and had a problem with out taillights which was very scary because we are hauling a 27 ft travel trailer. They worked us in on a Saturday and found a missing fuse which they replaced at no charge. Another couple traveling thru had an electrical problem and were so impressed that the service department responded so efficiently. The receptionist was incredibly personable and the service manager was great showing us how to get to the secondary fuse box (not so easy) and explaining what caused the problem. Great experience and we’re back on the road after a short delay on a Saturday afternoon!
