I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the the service i received from the Jim Click Nissan! Service Department: in Particular (KEVIN CAREY AND JOHN BROWN) . Together their wealth of knowledge and ability to CARE about me as a customer was truly invaluable. They ensured that the service i received on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was their top priority and ensured the work was done to meet exact specifications. I will tell anyone that i TRUST them in their decisions which now a days you do not hear to often. Even after my truck was fixed Kevin called me to see how my truck was running. All i can say is what a great service! Finally, I would like to tell Jim, to give both these guys a promotion or a raise because at the end of the day a hug or a pat on the back is not enough!

I am the proud owner of a 2015 Audi A3. This is my first Audi or luxury car and I had a lot to learn about maintenance and care that goes into these phenomenal vehicles. I started having an issue with my turbo so I did what any good Audi owner would do and took it to Audi Gilbert. I met with Scott P., the service manager, he did confirm my turbo needed replacement. I was devastated, thinking I wouldn’t be able to come up with the funding to take care of it but due to Scott and all the staff at Audi Gilbert my A3 qualified for a warranty and my turbo was replaced. Scott even was able to get me a loaner while they worked on my car. Scott called and told me she was ready to be picked up and she’s never driven more beautifully. I wanted to thanks Scott and the hard-working technicians and all the staff at Audi Gilbert. Their customer service was impeccable. They kept me posted every step of the way during the process. Audi Gilbert went above and beyond my expectations Thank you so much for a GREAT experience at your dealership!!! I won’t be taking my car anywhere else and I am telling all my friends and family and anyone who listen Audi Gilbert is amazing!!

I called early on a Wednesday morning to speak with the Service Department. After being put on hold for an extended period of time, I was offered the opportunity to leave a voice mail. I left my contact information with the understanding that someone would return my call that same day. Didn't happen. I emailed the dealership that evening and revived a response from someone in sales assuring me that someone from the Service Department would call me on Thursday. Didn't happen. I tried to speak with a Serice Manager (possibly Efram) on Friday morning and was unable to get in touch with him. I called and was told that a Sales Manager would return my call. Still waiting for that call. - - UPDATE - Finally received a call back from one of the Service Managers. He apologized for the inconvenience and scheduled my vehicle for service on Monday (3 days from today). I appreciate the time that he (Efram) took explaining what might have happened with my prior phone calls and attempts to reach someone in the Service Department. I understand that there may have been a learning curve with their new phone system, but it still is frustrating for customers. I am happy to be able to get my vehicle in prior to two scheduled surgeries and Jury Duty (both in Superior Court and Federal Court). even in retirement, I always seem to have a very busy schedule and depend on my vehicle. Thank you.

Sanderson Ford Service is a Class Act! THANK YOU SCOTT HILL!!!! I had a Huge Problem with the Air Conditioning in my 2013 Ford F150, after getting the Run Around by other Dealerships and Independent Repair Shops with Outlandish quotes to fix the AC I went into Sandererson Service and was introduced to SCOTT HILL. Scott is one of the Finest and one of the Few Service Advisors I have ever dealt with that took a Personal Interest in seeing that my F150 would again have a Reliable Cold AC. Scott took it on himself to work with the Extended Service representatives to Make sure everthing that was covered by Extended Service was indeed covered and paid for. Like all Extended Coverage Insurance, they get very Flakey when they have a Claim, however have no problem taking the monthly premiums paid. Scott took on my Extended Service Company Head On with the many rabbit holes the insurance company tried to create. Scott helped me with a Loaner Vehicle and made Sure every part that was causing the problem was replaced by a new part. The problem with the AC was not an easy fix and I did have to return to Sanderson Ford on followup visits. It seemed that when one area of the AC was repaired the problem would default creating additonal problems and freon leaks. Unlike so many Dealerships and Independents who only make excuses, Scott Addressed each and every problem with extreme Professionalism, Knowledge and the Very Best Customer Service that could be provided. Service can Make or Break a Dealership, Example, we purchased a Infinity QX60 from a dealership in Peoria, the Service was xxxx poor, bad attitudes, and when the car had 58,000 miles on it being pushed into having the 60,000 service done which I rejected wanting only oil change. The service advisor in an attempt to sell a $2,000 service told me the "Differential Oil would be changed as well". I told the dummy, the QX60 was front wheel drive and did not have a "Differential" Wow!!! Also at the time of purchase QX60 was sold a insurance policy for paint and door dings, Infiniti GM said the coverage only covered small dents but not the chip in the paint resulting with a dent. The Service Advisor at Infiniti wrote on my receipt that I refused 60,000 mile service when the vehicle was not at that milage which could screw up the extended warranty with Infiniti. Now we deal with Scottsdale Infiniti who is Totally Awesome. Bottom Line, the Infiniti Dealership in Peoria I would not purchase a vehicle from ever. Infiniti of Scottsdale has an Awesome Service Dept like Sanderson and has our business. As for my Next Truck Purchase Sanderson Ford will have my business moving forward which was the result of Service Advisor Scott Hill.

My car was fixed by Monday afternoon! The service reps provided great communication and explained the situation clearly. I'm very pleased with the service! Took my truck in for couple warranty items, I was frustrated at the lack of attention to detail completing work to the point of sell the truck and find a new dealer but my service advisor Charity Marriott was great and really went a step above where others had failed, She made me feel Confident in her ability to make sure this type of stuff did not continue happening. Had the truck sold for what I thought was a fair price and I still do, but her commitment to me that things would change made me keep my truck and continue my relationship with Yates. Yes the work was all done and done correctly just not the first time. Thanks again Charity You really did make a difference for Me.

Purchased a used vehicle from Anderson Nissan last week. It required a seat repair that their service department was on top of it. The part came the following day and I was notified momimmediately and scheduled my appointment. They not only completed the repair I less than 2 hrs but did a excellent job. Completely happy and impressed with the quality and speed of their service people. Which I might add were very professional and courteous. I would totally recommend Anderson Nissan to all my friends and more. Thank you Anderson!! I would like to add that my experience with Anderson Nissan has completely changed how I feel about car dealerships. Everything about my experience with them was totally fantastic! These folks are the best of the best. Two thumbs up!!!
