The folks at Smith Ford were very kind considerate & accommodating. I purchased a vehicle from them because of that! You can find a great vehicle anywhere but you can’t always find people who appreciate your business without making you feel like a number or that you have to buy what they feel is best for you! They worked with my budget & helped me get the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle was clean and they even filled it up with gas for me. I had been to several other dealerships in this area, & wasn’t very impressed with their mgt.. I’m glad I went to Smith Ford. Matt Kincaid & Cheryl listened to me & was polite & genuine. Ppl remember how they’re treated good or bad! Some of the other dealerships should work on that!

Pam Clifton, their finance manager, was nice and easy to deal with, paying attention to what we wanted in the contract. When we look for another car we will return to Whitson-Morgan.

I had been looking online for a small truck and found a number of Mavericks at Mark Martin Ford and had looked at them for several days especially a Maverick XL hybrid. In response to my searches they reached out to me and invited me to come down and take a look at one they had on the lot. After looking at the truck went home to talk about it and went back the next day to finalize the purchase and they did several upgrades on the vehicle at my request and I was very pleased with the results. They will be my choice for service even though they are 40 minutes to an hour away. Can't say enough nice things about my experience with Caleb Spinks and his handling of my purchase. For the question of financing it was not used since I paid cash for the vehicle and had no trade-in either.

Everyone was so very helpful. I hadn't seen anything that I wanted for months on the service road on the way home everyday. Had been wanting a new truck forever it seemed. I had a 2010 F150 the color I loved (the beautiful Royal Blue but just wanted a new one. They got on line found what we thought I would like. That got pretty darn close. I have yet to drive it but know that I'll be just fine especially a really good radio. Yea 94.1 The Wolf. SUPERIOR is a good one-word description of this Service Dept. I dealt with Shelby to order the parts plus schedule the work on the cars, and Alex during the repair procedures. Please keep in mind, I have been disappointed all too often. I manage a fleet of vehicles about 40 miles away from Siloam Springs. We have two Ford dealers located much closer, but they lack the simple technique of "taking care of the customer". I was impressed with the way that this Service Dept works in conjunction with the Parts Dept. 1) I told them my problem, 2) they took the info on the car, 3) ordered the part, 4) scheduled me to bring it in, and 5) completed repairs above my expectations. Wow, what a concept! Attention: "All Other" Ford Dealers--- This is how you do business! The folks in Siloam Springs should not take this place for granted... they are a local treasure! Thanks and keep up the great work!

I called to get price for transmission service/flush for my 2016 F150. Service manager told me price of $250. Clay Maxey Ford in Harrison charges $190 for the same service. I told the service manager this and asked for a price match. He said that he doesn't care what Clay Maxey does and wouldn't price match. Whatever happened to customer service? For $60 difference (25%), I will go to their competition.
