I have had my 4-Runners serviced at this dealer for years, even after I moved to Cotter, AR, which is a 2 1/2 hour drive away. (I bought 2 of my 4-Runners at this dealer.). I always get good service and the service representatives are courteous and efficient. I have 1 complaint regarding my most recent visit. Since the work was going to take about 3 hours and was going to be over $900, I requested a loaner car. This was not an unreasonable request as I am a longstanding customer. It would have very nice to be able to run a few errands (instead of sitting in the waiting room) before I headed home on another 2 1/2 hour drive!

Bought a 2019 Colorado 3 months ago did not have it a week tell everything started going wrong with it it has been in an out of shop 4 times an still not all fixed an kipp in mind I am paying for all gas for trips back an forth an I live about 2 hours from there an having to pay a 250 dollar deductible for warranty an a truck I just got that should have been inspected before sold it had AAA auto stickers all over it so they were getting ready to send it to auction our just got it from auction an did not do an inspection an just sold it to me an now I have been out tons of money an time an still have a truck my family is afraid to go off anywhere because every time we do something else happens I have ask them to do the right thing many times an do a buy back or straight trade for truck of equal value but they just want do it keep sending it to shop an all trips an time is on my dime

Overall experience was positive. Got a great deal on a 2024 Ram Laramie. Service department could use more attention to detail. Annoyances like tire pressure light shouldn’t be triggered the day after buying. Otherwise was a good experience.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and extreme satisfaction with the service team at Frank Fletcher Jeep, and especially Dalton Carter. On March 8th, my son’s car broke down outside of Jonesboro. After an initial visit to another repair shop where the vehicle still wouldn’t start, we had it towed to Frank Fletcher Jeep. Unfortunately, it was discovered that the engine was severely damaged and needed to be replaced. Thankfully, we had a warranty — but the process was anything but simple. The warranty company insisted on multiple inspections, sending three different technicians over several weeks to determine if the damage was due to negligence. This is where Dalton truly shined. From the very beginning, Dalton and the Frank Fletcher team clearly understood that the issue wasn’t our fault. We had just had an oil change completed two days before the breakdown, and the vehicle had been running well. Despite the warranty company’s resistance, Dalton stood firm in defending us. He explained the situation thoroughly to the inspectors, firmly stating there was no negligence on our part. Thanks to his persistence and expertise, the warranty company ultimately approved the claim. Throughout this entire stressful ordeal, Dalton remained in constant communication with us. He showed genuine empathy and treated our situation with the utmost care and urgency. I truly believe we could not have had a better advocate. Beyond Dalton, others on the team — including Patty, Adrian, and another wonderful young lady whose name I regret not catching — treated us like family during this difficult time. I cannot overstate how impressed and grateful I am for the entire Frank Fletcher Jeep service team. They turned a potentially devastating situation into a manageable one through their dedication, compassion, and hard work. Ownership should be extremely proud — they have an exceptional team representing their dealership. Thank you all for everything you did for my family. You have earned our trust and lifelong loyalty.

Just bought my first BMW and the staff did not disappoint! I had a great experience at BMW of Little Rock. I really can’t say enough great things. My sales person (Saif) was very knowledgeable, nice and professional. Saif patiently answered all my questions, both via phone before I went in to the dealership and after I arrived. It was a quick, smooth, low stress experience. My finance manager (Joseph) also made things as easy as possible on that side of the deal. Joseph also knows his stuff. So far, I am very pleased and impressed with BMW of Little Rock. Thanks again Saif and Joseph!

Although they were closed, he took time out to answer all of my questions without any hesitance. He knew exactly what I wanted. Long story short, when I called back the next day, he had already informed his staff that I would be calling. Beware of Deceptive Practices and Unethical Behavior at Gregg Orr Dealerships My recent encounter with Gregg Orr dealerships was nothing short of disheartening, and I feel it's my duty to caution potential customers about the deceptive practices and lack of integrity I experienced during my recent vehicle purchase. Opting for an online transaction, I purchased a luxury two-year-old vehicle with 12,000 miles, placing my trust in the representations made by Gregg Orr dealerships regarding the vehicle's condition. However, upon receiving the vehicle, it became painfully clear that crucial information had been conveniently omitted from their disclosure. The telltale signs of a significant front-end accident were glaringly obvious – the disparity in gap size between the right front fender and bumper, along with inconsistencies in the clear bra installation. The absence of protection on one side and the presence of overspray on the right bumper pointed unmistakably to a collision that had not been disclosed. Moreover, I had prepaid the dealership for paint scratch repairs to ensure a pristine finish for the Diamond Ceramic coat application. Yet, during the vehicle's first wash, I uncovered three glaring scratches on the roof, revealing a lapse in the supposed repair process. Adding insult to injury, Gregg Orr dealerships provided me with only one key, claiming they couldn't find the other one. When I sought to have a replacement key made at a Lexus dealership, I was informed that the car had undergone considerable hail damage repair. This was evident from the damage done to the corner of the headliner and the holes drilled under the hood, where paint-free dent repair tools had been inserted to push out dents on the roof and hood. In reaching out to the dealership in hopes of a resolution, their response fell far short of satisfactory. Instead of owning up to their oversight and taking accountability for the misrepresented condition of the vehicle, they merely suggested that I return the car to them to “TRY” to repair the damage, despite the impracticality of a journey spanning over 1,000 miles. Their tepid willingness to "TRY" to rectify the damage not only proved unacceptable but also underscored a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Disappointed, I tried contacting the dealership manager, but he didn’t even have the decency to call me back. This harrowing experience has left me thoroughly disillusioned with Gregg Orr dealerships. I wholeheartedly caution prospective buyers, especially those contemplating online purchases, to exercise utmost caution. The utter lack of transparency, honesty, and integrity exhibited by this dealership network is nothing short of appalling. I feel compelled to share my ordeal to shield others from falling prey to similar deceptive practices. In conclusion, my trust in Gregg Orr dealerships has been irreparably damaged, and I implore prospective buyers to approach any dealings with this dealership network with the utmost caution. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize deceit over customer satisfaction, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others seeking a trustworthy and transparent car-buying experience.

He was off the day I picked up my new vehicle so Sophie Crane introduced me to my new vehicle. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained all the technology and actually demonstrated for me. She even installed my tags from my trade to the new vehicle. Extremely pleased with the entire staff! And the showroom was immaculate!

This place is complete garbage and a waste of anyone’s rightful time. I am a veteran down on credit and he straight looked at me and lied right to my very face.
