The service was excellent. My only concern is that the manufacturer.(jeep) has left me with a sour taste. The vehicle just shut down if it was on the freeway, I’d probably be dead. Every mile and a half it would turn off with no power. They say it was a software problem. Well, what is Jeep going to do about this to all these customers who have this problem now that we’re afraid to drive these xxxx cars Jeep needs to step up and take care of its existing customers whether there will be a class action suit against them and they deserve everything they get a software update. Turns off your car while you’re driving luckily we were only going 50 and we were able to get it off the road but the dealership handled the problem. The factory needs to man up and compensate. It’s loyal customers wider isn’t a class action suit against Jeep. I don’t know. Maybe it’s something to look into but the dealership did their job.
