We made an appointment with Jose Martinez and the communications from him was top notch including reminders, preview videos and spec prior to our arrival. He was super nice, very knowledgeable and the most importantly (for us) was his frankness upfront. No pressure whatsoever. It was a pleasure having him helping us in this great buying experience.

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

We were so impressed with the way Jun treated us that when the time came for us to buy a new 2026 Porsche Macan GTS, we found Jun at Porsche Monterey and ordered the car through him. Once again, Jun's customer service was "meritoriously outstanding", as well as our dealings with Salena, Heather, and Joselyn. If there were a category "walk on water" we would select it.
