I'm the original owner of a 1978 911 SC, 140,000 miles . . . transmission wasn't sounding like I thought it should, worried the time had come for major work . . . took it in to Victor and Nick . . . Nick diagnosed the issue and corrected the problems magnificently! It's hard to believe the "new" transmission I have, without anything major. They know that I know virtually nothing about engines, and anyone unscrupulous could easily taken advantage of that for MAJOR $$$$. I have documented everything ever done to this car for almost 50 years now, and totally restored it. It's great to be able to rely on and trust people like this. Rusnak's "heritage" service people for our valuable, ancient cars are simply GREAT.

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.
