I took my 2011 Audi Q5 in for it's 5K scheduled service which was completed in a little over an hour. Patrick is one of Rector's Master Service Technician there who has many years of experience with Audi and is thoroughly knowledgeable and exacting in all that he does. I just cannot imagine taking my vehicle elsewhere. They are the best.
