It's good work, but I just wish they were more accurate with their approximate wait times. Last few times they've taken nearly twice as long as stated, which is tough on a an already high strung, impatient dude with a temper. Everyone's real nice, I just get mean when I have wait so long, or so much longer than stated.

We are a happy Hyundai Family however last time my daughter took her 2024 Santa Cruz they did not put oil in her truck like stated. No attention or details were given as to why this wasn't done. I was disappointed that this was not done. Had she driven further she would have burnt the engine.

Other service reps at the desk were not very good. They don't acknowledge people when they walk in and let them know what to expect and you just have to stand there and wait. No direction whatsoever. Very poor service in that regard. However, when I got to talk to Jesiel and Amber, they were awesome.

We are on car 5 or 6 with VW Marin and we’ve never had any issues, both sales and service. One of our cars went in for calibration with the body shop and Daniel, who I always work with, took care of the 70K service and one other issue while the car was in the shop, saving me an extra trip and saving me time. All the people at the dealership are super friendly and I plan on taking care of my cars needs here, and no place else! 10/10!
