Customer service was very good. Work was completed very fast. Only issue was I asked for a new oil change due date sticker as the old one had wrong information and once the service was complete, the invoice stated that a new one was placed in the vehicle. Upon leaving and a few miles away I noticed that they removed the old sticker but did not replace it with a new one. So I had to return get a new sticker.

They did an excellent job on the servicing but a poor job of communicating the time frame for online appointments. Meaning when I made the appointment online, I should have been called and verified the estimated wait time so I could change the appointment. As it is I spent 7 hours at the dealership waiting.

Veronicia was my service adviser. She was very helpful and was willing to work with me. My Pacifica had the Auto Start/Stop error light on; I was told it would be 2 to 4 days before it would be diagnosed. I needed the car the next day. Since it has been in twice before with the same error and the resolution being bad batteries - I requested that the batteries be changed, don't do the diagnostic and that I would take responsibility. She did inform me and made sure I was aware of the consequences of not having the diagnostic done and that if changing the batteries didn't fix the problem it would need to be diagnosed. Changing the batteries did clear the diagnostic light. She kept me informed during the process and was great to work with. I do like the videos with recommended service and shows what was done.
