Warren, the service manager, sets the tone there, and I've never experienced such great service anywhere. He's attentive, caring, utterly professional and runs a great shop. The prices are fair, the service is personal. I thought maybe it was my impression only, but the other day I was in the waiting room and heard him patiently explain to another customer why her battery went bad, the difference between batteries and how she can get the most out of her battery. He was respectful of her questions and inquiries. I hope he stays there as long as I own an Infiniti.

My service experiences at Monterey Jaguar Service have always been very good. Laura Salusky in Service is an absolute pleasure to work with!! Very pleasant and professional at all times. She makes you feel like your car and needs are always important. We have worked with her many times. Everyone who works is the Service department are always friendly and professional. When you pick up your car you know things are correct, it is clean and has been well cared for.

I'm surprised to see anything but excellent notes. I have owned several Jaguars over the past 10 years. All bought here. All serviced here. Nothing but good experiences. The price of the service is high, but so is the quality. I have also been offered replacement parts at zero cost on more than one occasion, when they were under no obligation to do so (e.g., when the leather dash started to pull back from the windshield on a 6 year old, out of warrantee XK they replaced with brand new leather for no cost). The fact that they provide loaners through Hertz is a little annoying, but again I've had free loaner cars when not required under contract on more than one occasion, so it's never really bothered me. My regular insurance covers the rental, so that took care of that.

Compared to the other Honda Dealership in Santa Rosa, Kastner is amazing. Super professional. Tech came out and took a quick drive with me to talk about how the car is and listen to the noise. I got a courtesy vehicle over the weekend. Bill was good with updates and communication. I 100% recommend this Honda service department over the others in the area. Thanks Kastner!

Un Stinkin Believable how nice these people are. I'm I'm taken back by how well I'm treated at this place. This is the 2nd time I bring my car in for service and this time was better than the last. Shout out to Tony, my service advisor, for being so helpful and presenting me with all my options and never pushy or aggressive like so many other places. If your lucky enough to get Tony your in great hands, but with all honesty everyone at the service station from the mechanics to the advisors are world class.

I've been to the service center here at Honda World Downey several times. i always get any service advisor that is available. & this last time I got Nicole as an advisor, I had always seen her there but never actually got her as an advisor to help me out with my vehicle & Omg! I fell in love with this girls customer service. She made it all easy for me and worked hard to get trough my extended warranty something an advisor before did not want to help with she also made sure my car was out quick and ready to go.. I can not thank her enough for all her help. I hope you guys get more advisors just as great as her! I will definitely be scheduling my appointments with her from now on. Thank you Nicole!! :)
