The conversation via text is safe and very clear. I appreciate that. Michelle follow up with me a week later regarding spark plugs that need to be replaced. I was really pleased that Michelle inform me that spark plug needed replacement as Porsche changed their policy instead of four years to three years, that is wonderful Michelle. I am very impressed with the service and the service was excellent. Keon and Eric helped me to understand more of the the feature of the car. Everyone was very nice and have a good energy. I have not experienced such great service from any other dealer. He even explained to the tow truck driver how to charge the battery and its location. Simply amazing service. I consider myself very lucky to have this dealership in our valley.
