I had a terrible sales experience with Hopkins where I walked out and purchased my Acura elsewhere. I dreaded going back for a warranty item, I was pleasantly surprised with Kah he was friendly, helpful, went to bat for me on a warranty item. Got me an Uber and followed up with me. Hopkins May have won back a customer.

When we first moved to the AV back in the early 90s, we tried H.W. Hunter but found the folks down in Valencia Dodge to be more hospitable. I'm so glad that when we checked out Hunter Dodge again 10 years ago that it was no longer the case! They really did up the game in courtesy and service excellence, touching base with us on the maintenance of our '08 Caliber and '08 Chrysler 300 and clearly explaining whatever needs to be done to the cars. In particular, Leilani has been great to us over the years and has always ensured that our needs are taken cared of during our visits! It feels great to have excellent customer service while supporting a local dealer.

Un Stinkin Believable how nice these people are. I'm I'm taken back by how well I'm treated at this place. This is the 2nd time I bring my car in for service and this time was better than the last. Shout out to Tony, my service advisor, for being so helpful and presenting me with all my options and never pushy or aggressive like so many other places. If your lucky enough to get Tony your in great hands, but with all honesty everyone at the service station from the mechanics to the advisors are world class.
