I brought my 2011 F150 in for Audio System and drive train repairs. I had the pleasure to meet the Service Advisor Carson Schneppershoff. He was very attentive to my descriptions of the truck's problems. He went over the top helping me. I got rides home, even to the airport, while they ordered parts to fix the issues. I had an extended warranty, and Carson called them up and setup all the payments, etc. I have never had a better Service Advisor, and believe me, I know. We do Amazon deliveries and have more than 30 vans in our fleet. We used to service our vans at Valencia Ford. It has been more than a year we have been servicing our vehicles at Sunrise Ford North Hollywood. It is all because of a great service advisor Marvin (I believe his last name is Reyes). After a few visits, we realized that Marvin was different than any other service advisors we have dealed with. Marvin understands our needs. He understands how important fast service is for us, as we can't have vehicles out on service for long time. Marvin is always available for us and sometimes just a phone call away. Marvin has taken customer service to the next level as he always finds ways to say YES to us. If I don't exaggerate, we call Marvin at least twice a week for some kind of vehicle service. If he is not available, he will return our calls asap, set up appointment and take care of all vehicle needs. I'm sure Marvin is a great asset for your company and we are grateful to him and his team!

I had a battery problem 18 months ago and my Ram Limited had to be towed in as the trucks gets popping sounds and a light show on the dashboard.. Original I paid a fortune for the diagnostics and $250 for a Battery. I had to fight to get the diagnostic $ back of which I did. I asked Jim to do the battery check first as the last time was same situation. So I was actually surprised that my truck was ready and washed. Thank you Jim !

2 minutes ago NEW I locked my keys in the trunk! Nobody could open it! I had it towed to Kia San Bernardino and had the most incredible service! EVERYONE was very polite and so helpful and kind to me. They did an amazing job getting me into my car which was no small feat! They worked so hard and persisted when met with several challenges! I was really stressed when I arrived and was treated with such kindness, it meant so much to me!! Mike, and his entire team, showed such generosity, and I will pay it forward. There are good people in this world, and a bunch of them work at Kia San Bernardino! This is the best experience I have ever had at a service/dealership center. I can't express my gratitude enough!! After other dealers failed twice to properly diagnose and resolve an intermittent -- and thus admittedly hard-to-diagnose -- issue, the Browning team immediately found the far-from-obvious cause of the problem and fixed it, quickly and at a reasonable cost. They had always taken excellent care of my wife's Mazda 3 when we lived in the area; it was worth going out of my way to bring my car to them in this case. You cannot get better care for your Mazda than from the Browning Cerritos team.

A few weeks agony 73 year old mother was coming down from Central California for my cousin"s wedding in Santa Monica and she received alerts on her Prius while traveling over the Grapevine and was terrified. Since she had together back to the CentralValley to teach on Monday she was so nervous her car wouldn't work. I called a number of Toyota localities while she was stuck in L.A. traffic and I first called Cabe Toyota and received incredible information and support fro Daniel. I then called other locations and did not receive the same support or compassion at all.I called Cabe back and we were able to get her car theremin time that evening for them to look at it first thing in the morning. They did everything they could to fit her in given the circumstances. Daniel and his colleague Phil were able to get everything fixed at a a fair and accurate rate and the entire team there was incredibly helpful and kind.I would only recommend family go there in the Long Beach or SoCall area.Don't take them for granted . They are the best!
