When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. I give this dealership and their awesome team a 5-star review. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

No appt had an emergency issue with an oil leak on my recent used car purchase of a 2016 Beetle. Met Antonio Vera and explained my situation. He listened carefully and understood the assignment. He was able to get one of his top technicians to identify the issue. He knew that I would have to take the car back to the selling dealer, he wanted to do the best thing for me, knowing it wasn't going to be fixed there. I am a loyal customer and will be back for regular maintenance soon. Good people are hard to come by, so Tracy VW keep him happy!

Winn Volkswagen is AMAZING!!!!! I took my 2022 Jetta in for my 30,000 mile maintenance. While I was waiting I went to see the Sales Manager, Ash since my lease is up in August, I asked him to recommend a salesman for me. A gentleman by the name of Paulo came over and he was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! This was a breath of fresh air for me since my previous dealership leaves a lot to be desired. Paulo got me into a new lease 2025 Jetta SEL with no down payment. He made everything so easy and stress free. If you need service on your vehicle please see Jade he is so kind and knowledgeable and if you want to buy a new vehicle please see Paulo. We were looking for a white Tiguan with 3rd row for our nanny - they didn’t gave one in stock, but within minutes were able to get approval to trade one from another dealership. I wasn’t able to go the next day to pick it up, so they delivered it to our home on Carmel. They beat Seaside an Salinas lease deals and were much much more pleasant and responsive.

Great dealership and sales personnel. Very hard working salesman and women. See Fatima and Vlab, they both did a great job in showing myself and wife what we wanted and drove over from Sacramento to see and buy. We bought our 2016 ram 2500 from them on Sunday. They both worked hard on cleaning the truck up before sending us on our way home with our new truck. We are very grateful for their good deal as well. We would buy from them again if they have what we want again when ready to buy our next auto.

My husband and I came in to Neftin VW to find a New Beetle just shortly after moving to Thousand Oaks from Chicago. We were warmly greeted by Maz Rozi who gave us great information and helped guide us through our first car buying experience. He was extremely knowledgable and gave us all possible options when looking at payment plans. We never felt any pressure at all and we really were treated like family. We even received tips and info about the area that we are now calling home from Max as well as John Swanson in the finance department. Truck was shipped from back east we paid 2k, when we went to view the truck and to close the deal the truck was not presentable. Once it arrived, there was several places it was damaged from the trip windshield was repaired before we got there. The antenna was broken we noticed when we got there, the rain guards were missing. The front scoop was scraped. The sticker fell off from the back of the truck and there was a scratch. We were very disappointed & almost backed out. We were expecting a better presentation. The truck was extremely filthy inside and out. and several repairs needed to be made. In order for us to get the repairs done, we had to bring the truck back and it took two weeks to get an appointment and they said that they would have all the parts ready they would need to do the repair but when the truck was given to them, they didn’t have everything on hand as promised. There was one thing they couldn’t finish. There were no locks for the locks on the bed. They were gonna get the locks replaced, and that was not done so we’re doing that on our own. So bottom line it took us years to save this money for our retirement truck. Hopefully this truck will serve the purpose that we hope it should. Happy to hear from you

Christian went out of his way to ensure all specific verbiage was on my receipt so I could get reimbursed by Oil Stop. He is an asset to this company and needs to be recognized for such!!
