Took my husbands car in for service this morning there were a couple things that need to be addressed from a previous service I talked with the service manager Ron Austin and he took care of the issue right away and had Daniel a Service Writer to write up the issue and they got the car in and out very quickly sometimes things happen and it frustrates you as a customer trusting things will be done right and that is not always the case however issues can always be corrected and because of that I left a satisfied customer

They made my daughter’s first time buying a car a simple process while making sure she understood everything and felt comfortable as a new buyer. It was a pleasure working with Noah, and especially Nick, who went above and beyond to secure great discounts and lease offers. Their professionalism and willingness to help made the process smooth and enjoyable. I genuinely believe Moss Bros GMC is underrated—they offer competitive deals and a welcoming atmosphere that deserves more recognition. That said, I do hope they improve their post-sale customer service. After just a few days of ownership, I experienced issues with my brand-new vehicle, and it took four days just to diagnose the problem. For a new car, that kind of delay was frustrating, and I would have appreciated more proactive communication and follow-up during that time. Great dealership with great people—I just hope they continue to support their customers after the sale as strongly as they do during it.

Easiest deal I ever had. I had looked for this truck at many regional dealers but they all had 3,000 I. Magic dealer charges. These guys said that they have dealer options but all are optional. I walked in at 12, waited a few minutes for Matt. I was home with my new truck filled and washed by 2:15, and I live 20 minutes away. Best price. Better service. No pressure. No bait and switch.

Went in to look at a truck about an hour before closing. Marcus was so helpful even though he was already helping 3 other groups as he was the only salesperson left for the day. While we started the process, due to it being late in the day, we weren’t able to finish. They helped me finish everything over the phone/online the very next day and even delivered the truck to me after I got home from work. I had questions on the paperwork, and the manager called me the following day to clarify it and answer all my remaining questions. Very helpful, and very professional. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated this well. I will only ever shop at Woodland Motors.

It was my first time dealing with them and I had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been involved in over 20 car deals in my life when including friends and family I’ve helped. They are great at listening, paying attention to detail and following up as well as just being amazing at customer service. This is THE dealer to go to in the valley. I live an hour away in fresno and I will be making the drive there when I need anything or another vehicle. They’re what all dealerships should aim at being like. A real family owned solid dealership. Please do yourself a favor and buy from them before wasting time anywhere else.
