I got the car I wanted and the best price in town (researched extensively). The Finance guy was very pleasant to work with as well. I will probably buy my next car from these guys. I received quick responses whenever I tried to contact the dealership and really like that they gave me a guestimate on my trade in without requiring me to come down to the lot first.

The young manager came out told me if I didn't want to give my number than I "could have a nice night". He proceeded to place his arm on my shoulder and push me to the door. I was less than pleased. I told him I was applauded at his unprofessionalism and asked for his supervisor's name. He told me to get the f*** out. It was new year's eve. Obviously he was tired and didn't want to be there but this is unacceptable behavior. I went to another dealer about 30 miles away and bought the jeep I was looking for.
I thought about writing the owner to complain; however, I'm not sure what it will do (I didn't even get the manager's name). It's reasonable to conclude that this manager has acted this way before and I'm sure will again. If this is the type of employee they wish to hire...they don't deserve our business. Especially in a small town like FCL. They are high pressure and VERY rude. Stay away. Your money is better spent at a dealer that will respect you.
