I completely forgot to update the review here. Update: Improved Experience with Grand Kia, about 6 months ago. After a challenging start with my 2020 Chevy Equinox, I want to provide an update on my experience with Grand Kia. Initial Problems: I purchased the vehicle on January 11, 2024, and faced significant issues almost immediately. The check engine light appeared the day after purchase, and despite multiple visits to the dealership, the problem persisted. Service was often slow, communication was poor, and the issues were not effectively resolved. Resolution: After posting a negative review, I was contacted by the dealership, which led to a notable improvement in service. Jim from the service department took a proactive role in addressing and fixing the turbo issues with my vehicle. His efforts, along with support from General Manager Jose, were instrumental in resolving the ongoing problems. They both demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction that was previously lacking. Overall Experience: While my initial experience was frustrating, the follow-up service and dedication from Jim and Jose have been positive. Their actions have restored my confidence in Grand Kia. It’s clear they value customer feedback and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Recommendation: I appreciate the efforts in turning my experience around. For potential customers, I recommend engaging directly with the service team and management to ensure clear communication and effective resolution of any issues. Grand Kia has shown they are capable of delivering quality service when properly addressed.

Received a coupon in email for new wiper blades, decided to get them plus oil change. Everything went well and was in and out in about an hour. Waiting area was clean, they have free coffee and pastries while you wait.

They won't take me off their mailing list, no matter how many times I call, so I opened a BBB case and they won't respond to it! Clearly, they have so many complaints they can't keep up with them all and they don't care about the customer!

Greedy, greedy, greedy. Only way to describe this dealership. Came in to look at Tellurides. Took a test drive and came back the next day to make a deal and put down a deposit. Sales manager said that they would NOT sell me a Telluride for MSRP, but he wanted an additional $10,000.00 over MSRP to place an order. He also low-balled me on my trade-in vehicle without even looking at it. I feel that I should have been told this up front as it would have saved us both a lot of time and gas money. Won't go back to that dealer. EVER. A Denver Kia dealer only adds $700 as "Dealer Handling." Perhaps I may call them.
