Gonzalo was a tremendous help. We were under some pressure because our lease (NX350) had come up unexpectedly and it was our only car. Gonzalo worked with us over two days to get the right electronics and the hybrid we were looking for. His saying that "I'm here for you" was very reassuring though out the process. The finance department was also very helpful in getting our lease set. This is our 6th Lexus that we have leased and am always impressed by the process.

We are very pleased with our recent service call with Nate Hoffman at Greenwood Lexus. We had previously dealt with Lakewood Lexus before moving closer to Greenwood. Nate handled an out of warranty issue and even kept the car overnight to be sure it was fixed at N/C. We didn't expect that and are most happy to have found a new home for continued service
