He then told me "ok, we can give you a loaner car, but need to charge 15 dollars" What kind of business ethics is this? We opted for waiting there and waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

There is also price gauging there, in my mind. Regular oil change has been $75, and the guy charged me $95.

I would recommend anyone to do the service at Toyota dealer, the charge there is $39.99 for the same service with free car washing.

It is what you would expect from an upscale shop. Everyone there is very polite and helpful.
