The service department has not returned my phone calls - I have emailed the service manager and the sales manager and have not heard back.

The customer service is very poor now at this dealership. I have a feeling it has something to do with the new owners. I have never been treated so poorly.

This is why my ratings are poor with this company. I would suggest purchasing and servicing your MB at another location.

.... was owned by some Bolivian Investor group for a short time ... heard they are out of the picture now ... thats a good thing . Hats off to the new customer lounge too... very nice. Thanks for washing my car too while there for service .
