I had gotten a flat tire the Saturday right before the snow storm and had AAA come use the repair kit to fix it. I wanted to eventually bring it in to be looked at but was snowed in until the following Thursday. I went outside and it was flat again so I called AAA and after they fixed it called Burton and they said to bring it right in. They were able to take me right in so I dropped it off and about 2 hours later they called and Saud it was correctly patched and ready for pick up. Always acted professional answering all questions I had. Very Happy with the service.

I went to a Dodge dealership in NJ, and they quoted me an astronomical amount for work on my truck. Also said it wasn’t covered under warranty. I brought it to Carman Dodge. They diagnosed this issue, determined that there wasn’t a need to spend the astronomical amount, and didn’t charge me a dime! Guess who is changing dealerships for service going forward.

Jason Cuglietto, the finance manager, made the purchasing process smooth and straightforward. There was no pressure at all in the office, and he secured the best interest rate for me. His attention to detail and expertise in the field are outstanding. Lastly, my salesperson, Elton, was incredibly friendly and helped me find my dream vehicle. I called And Chad Todd the GM was super helpful and got me traded out of it into a new vehicle and lowered my payment $100 a month. I will always call Chad for my vehicle needs and refer my friends. They even delivered it to me at work and I didn’t have to sit in a dealership to do paperwork

I'm very grateful to Ms. Tameria Wodrig, Sales Consultant, and Ms. Renee, Finance Manager at Preston Motors in Millsboro, DE 19966 for a tremendous job well done from start to finish in providing me the RAM ProMasterCity Wagon. I researched this vehicle for over a year, drove by RT113 in mid-February 22' and saw that Preston Motor had 10 ProMasterCity Wagons on their lot. The rest is HISTORY!!! Why? BE CAREFUL getting serviced here my oil change turned into me needing a brand new engine on my 2021 jeep wrangler. No accountability for their obvious negligence. Changed my oil and never added coolant. Engine overheated in the middle of a busy road. They put me and others in danger. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Tried to resolve with Matt MeGee and was told to go to Jeep customer service for something THEY did!! So disappointed I spent so much money there over the years and they could care less about your car or how hard you work to pay for it. I am now paying 14,000 dollars for a new engine because they half xxx their job.

Very thoughtful and helpful sales staff. Sam J was my rep and she worked with my budget and listened to my needs to help me find something that worked for me. The sales manager, Jerry D. was willing to negotiate with me to get to where I wanted to be. Very straight forward, and willing to show me how things added up. Both Sam and Jerry educated me on a few things about the car buisness as well. I left feeling good about my decision and with a nice looking 2020 Nissan Murano ! Thanks Guys!
