Had a great experience at Fort Myers Infiniti last Saturday and Monday July 25 and 27. Got a new 2027 Infiniti QX65 Autograph on Saturday and Armin and Nick were fantastic both days. Had a small issue with the back passenger door and Ed from service handled that on Monday. Overall a very friendly dealership with competent staff that, I feel, truly want to be helpful and make the experience of purchasing a car not as awful as it really is. Hard to go from 10 years of no car payment to a big car payment, but… Oh SO WORTH IT! I love my new vehicle and suddenly I feel like driving everywhere! Thanks Fort Myers Infinity! ♥️

We had a great experience at Infinity Coconut Creek. We worked with Ralph Reichhold. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We have owned Lincoln Navigators for decades, we recently purchased a 2025 Navigator. After months trying to adjust to the new technology we decided it wasn’t the right fit for us . We went to many car brand dealerships and couldn’t find the right fit. Finally we went to Infinity Coconut Creek, we fell in love with the 2026 Infinity QX80. Very similar to the navigator but without the crazy touch technology. Ralph was amazing, he took the time to address our concerns and walk us through the manual features we had been missing in the prior car .
