He came to my house, got me into my car, set the password for my app ( it was quite difficult), repp pop programmed some items, and even set up my garage door with my new car. He was extremely patient and determined to get everything working. It is because of the service from employees like Charles that I just purchased my fifth Mercedes. I cannot thank him enough!

Excellent service from all staff I encounter. Would like to thank Mr. Alan Berkowitz - Salesman, for taking all the time needed to make my purchase experience as smooth and transparent as possible. I originally came into the dealership due to a service request I placed and ended up trading in my 2024 Cadillac CT5 Sedan Sport Turbo model for a showroom 2025 Cadillac CT5 Sedan Sport Turbo. Once I saw it, I could not take my eyes off it and decided I wanted to talk numbers with someone, which is where Alan came into the picture. All said and done, 4 hours later, I closed the deal and departed the dealership with the new showroom model. Very pleased and excited with it and look forward to having and driving it for years to come. Thank-you Alan for all of your patience and making me a very happy customer! Job well done sir. :-)

The Pete Moore Dealership has the number 1 “Sales and Service Team” in all of Pensacola Florida. I have been living here for 21 years and used to be a Ford man for years but now after purchasing 4 VW vehicles. You have excellent sales people Mark Torelli has sold me my last 2 vehicles and we are very happy with him on the team. My first car was sold to me by Gary DeStefano in fact Gary was the one who told me about VW in general and sold me on the make. I can say this Mark Torelli is very knowledgeable on the VW’s and friendly too. Another selling point is the Pete Moore facility ( lot, building crew members all very clean, people will shop and buy from a dealer just by the way it looks then when you have the right people in the right jobs it is an “ All Win Team”. It starts at the top with: General Manager Mike, Sales Manager Jeff and Service Manager Monty. I will always purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Now 3 of my neighbors have VW’s!!

I am retired Navy and really appreciate someone going the extra mile for others! I was traveling through Stewart Florida and had a situation happen where I needed their help and others. 4 different ladies took the ball and ran with it to resolve my predicament and involve others to get the right answers. Eventually a service manager contacted me to say we had options to resolve the situation with final answers coming from a warranty decision outside of Hyundai. Within 1 day everything was agreed upon and fixed. Thank you Wallace Hyundai of Stewart Fl for caring.

Thank you Davis Nissan for great experience while getting my vehicle service. I have been a customer of this Dealership since 2018. I purchased 2016 Maxim from Westside Nissan and a 2020 Murano from Greenway Nissan. I stop by today as a walk in. I can honestly say the customer service has increased by 100% through out the dealership. My meet and great at Service Dept with Joey was outstanding. Katia Ruseva gave me a great overview of the 2025 Murano....I loved it. I definitely will be contacting Katia for a ride in Murano. I did notice on this visit a lot full of beautiful cars something I hadn't seen in pass. Highly Recommend if you looking for a good reasonable price car stop by. Outstanding service from the Service Department! Mike Stevens is the best! I had an appointment to install a tire monitor sensor, but a flat tire caused me to miss my appointment time. "No problem" says Mike, "bring it in when you can, and squeeze you in." I showed up 2 hours late, with the flat in the back of my Tahoe, and the spare on the wheel. Without my even asking, Mike had the flat tire repaired and put back on the wheel, and, of course, I got the sensor installed, all within about 90 minutes. Gotta love this guy.

Came in for a service appointment at Gunther Volkswagen in Pompano Beach and ended up asking about the ID.4 while I was there. Husein was super helpful—he answered all my questions about EVs, charging, range, and everything in between. I wasn’t even planning to look at a new car that day, but the info he gave me really got me thinking, I told him my lease wasn’t up on my Tiguan, but gave me his personal line and I definitely will be back to purchase with him. Called and made appt. to have my GPS updated and told now had to pay for it since my car was 6 yrs. old. That was understandable and was willing to pay for the upgrade. When I arrived for appt. was told they couldn't do that on my car because it was older than 5 yrs. Wish I got the person's name that I talked with, Was not service advisers' fault since I did not talk to him directly. Wish people giving info. out where updated on policies. I have been a customer for many years and was surprised by such faulty info. Never had a problem before.
