Let me start by saying thanks to Dan the service manager at Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderhill Florida. I have a 2018 3500 Cheverolet when applying the brakes, I would get a bad shake in my steering wheel and the brake was not the best the problem did not happen all the time, which made it hard to replace or repair Dan communicated and kept me in the loop while he spoke with engineers and others at Chevrolet to gain knowledge about the issue there was repairs made on the brakes and the steering thanks to Dan the service manager and his service team for all the effort they made to correct the problem I am back on the road and very happy with Grieco Cheverolet in Lauderhill Florida they went above and beyond to make things right and correct the problem for their customers. Contacted Naples Nissan for some trouble codes on my son's 2013 Nissan Altima. Spoke with Chris the service writer. Brought the car in for diagnosis of trans issue and trouble codes. Chris was kind enough to offer me a shuttle ride home while car was being worked on. Picked the car up by end of day and everything is working as it should. Very happy with Naples Nissan and Chris in service. The tech even took time to go o er the issues with me. Great Job!

I talked to Troy Jackson to schedule a service appointment, and I have a difficult situation because I work full time and will be traveling soon, and Troy did an outstanding job working out a day and time to take my in for repairs. He was very patient and understanding about the limited availability I had to get my car worked on. His professionalism and care was refreshing and extremely helpful when I thought it would be stressful.

I had the most pleasant experience not once, but twice with this dealership. I helped a friend buy a car and they faciltated that loan protecting me all along. I then had to take the car away from this person 9 mo later, and brought it back to the same dealership and they facilitated a trade with my brother and myself with an even swap. I was so appreciative of Alex in Financing, Tom in used cars and most of all Regina Nicotra as my sales lady involved in both transactions. I want to do a shout out to Adam in Service he was AWESOME helping me out with the return of the car. Thank ya'll so much and hope to do business again... Thank you all for restoring my faith in car dealerships that are honest and trust worthy. I have bought 11+ vehicles over the years at various dealerships and have never been treated with so much respect and courtesy from a dealership. Usually they see a single woman come in and either do 1) ignore me until I go up to someone and say can you help me or 2) think I don't know anything about cars and try to up the price on me with various add ons or fees or whatever else they can think of.. Tis dealership does not. They did not know I could write a check for whatever car I wanted, and was treated as if I could from the get go.

We located the vehicle online, made an appointment and were greeter by McCartney. He had the vehicle ready to test drive and away we went. Brought it home the next day but noticed a concern with the brakes. They contacted me within the hour, brought in the car as scheduled and was out with a loaner within 15 minutes.I then received a video of the tech researching the concern. Who does that?! I was amazed at their level of detail. Picked it up with the concerns corrected the next morning. It was a great experience.
