I used to be a Nissan customer for at least 20 years, until their service department was not up to par. I bought my first Toyota and April 2022, and have never regretted my choice. My service is done at Lakeland Toyota, and my service advisor has been Chris And I cannot be happier. I write this dealer a 10 of 10 service department 10 of 10. I am a true Toyota customer.

We purchased a 2024 Frontier Truck in December 2024. We had a Salesman name Austin. That was very pleasant to work with. The. sales manager Jimmy made sure all was done Perfect in everything! Zack in Finance Dept explained every detail too! I would recommend Nissan in Cocoa any day. The only thing is the Phone Service doesn’t work right sometimes but just keep calling. Someone will answer.

I had a service manager by the name of Angel. This guy never returned a single call. Never called me to give me an update. He lied to my face about calling me in front of his peers at the dealership. If I was not persistent, my vehicle would be there for weeks. This is by far the worst service experience I have ever had. I am sure there are good people working there and if you have to go there, stay away from the service advisor above.

Not looking or looking to help me at all .i have bumper to bumper warranty had an issue with a side window shattered in my driveway and they won’t warranty it because the service writer Harold didn’t white it up correctly so with that being said they refused me .and had to pay 837$ us not good customer service at all .after many phone calls with The service manager Bob and customer service Danielle and service writer Harvard ,and actually pointed out the mistake at point of pick up did nothing to help us .They all stuck together I even have pictures of it in my driveway as stated to Harold at time of incident .they refused to see them and basically called me a liar. Good luck with anything you may need from this company and dealership
