This place is an absolute joke. I brought my EV in for a simple tire rotation and to check an issue with the front camera. From that point on, it was nothing but lies, delays, and complete disrespect for the customer.
Mr. Jordan initially told me they’d need to diagnose the camera issue and promised that if it wasn’t done the same day, I’d get a loaner the next day. That never happened. I called the next day—no loaner, diagnostics still not done. He promised again to call the following day and offer a loaner if the issue wasn’t resolved. Shocker: no call, no update, and no loaner.
I left multiple messages, and he ignored every single one. When I finally managed to get him on the phone, he was incredibly rude, dismissive, and told me, “You’re not my only customer,” as if it’s my fault he can’t follow through on a basic promise. He blamed me for calling late—what kind of service center punishes a customer for following up?
FOUR DAYS later, after chasing them non-stop, he finally sends a lazy text saying my car is “ready.” I go there only to be told they ordered parts and I need to bring the vehicle back next week. So they kept my vehicle for FOUR FULL DAYS, did nothing, gave no updates, provided no loaner, and wasted my time entirely.
The sheer lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy here is shocking. Peacock Ford doesn’t care about your time or your trust. I should’ve trusted the awful reviews before going in. This place deserves ZERO stars—if I could leave negative ratings, I would.
