I have been with the company for almost 11 years. I truly enjoy working with the company, I consider it as my second home. I consider myself an honest, kind, hard working, down to earth person. When receiving a survey or a review I take them to heart because it is very important to me to try to assist all my clients fairly and truthfully. I always try to keep a positive attitude & smile and, hopefully, try not to get discouraged with negative feedback. I try my very BEST at everything BUT just keep in mind that some things are out of my control.

Tropical Ford was accommodating and professional while my truck was serviced. They are also Veteran friendly as well which is very important to me! There was a misunderstanding during the process and they truck was serviced. They are also Veteran friendly as well which is very important to me! I purchased my truck in 2016 and have never had one issue with the staff or any wear and tear service. Highly recommended to all Veterans, first responders, and the public which leans strongly on honesty and quality! More
